FAQ Related Tags
The following tags are used in the FAQ section of the website, but can also be used on other pages, whenever there is a structure similar to the question/answer pattern. The Profiles section uses this too for instance.
The tag definitions can be found in
<question> tag is used to display a question.
This is usually done by making it bigger than the text of the answer
and/or using a bold type-face.
<answer> tag marks up the answer to a question.
This does nothing particularily fancy to the contents.
The following example:
<question> Why are there so few women in the computer field / F/OSS? </question> <answer> There are a lot of theories about this, but no one can know for sure. However, Ellen Spertus has a wonderful paper, <em>Why Are There So Few Female Computer Scientists?</em> that will explain some of the cultural phenomena that might be a cause. Also, please read Val Henson's <em>HOWTO Encourage Women in Linux</em>. </answer>
